Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Rafay is looking for an operations rockstar to join the Marketing team. In this role, you’ll manage the team responsible for Hubspot (and soon to be Marketo & Salesforce.com) instance and work cross-functionally with stakeholders across teams to support various demand generation activities. You will act as the company-wide Hubspot & Marketo champion and utilize the system to its fullest potential. Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and execution of Hubspot platform with a focus on lead management, email automation and database segmentation
  • Lead the migration from Hubspot to Marketo and Salesforce.com
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Sales, Campaigns, Web, Digital) on campaign production and executing integrated campaigns thru multiple channels
  • Act as a subject matter expert with business stakeholders on email nurtures, scoring and segmentation processes
  • Own campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of ad-hoc, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
  • Establish scalable processes in Hubspot and the rest of the technology stack to ensure best practices in campaign management
  • Optimize integrations and backend workflows; Execute A/B testing for email nurture experiences
  • Quarterback ABM efforts with external consultants and Rafay sales
  • Report out on campaign performance and recommend A/B testing, optimizations, and other strategies to improve metrics
  • Establish and provide ongoing analytics on database health
  • Configure, execute and QA campaigns, workflows and data issues

Requirements/Ideal Candidate:

  • Expertise in Hubspot & Marketo with a strong understanding of email automation, system integrations and data hygiene
  • Experience designing and implementing complex nurture campaigns
  • Knowledge about email compliance best practices
  • Background using Hubspot and Marketo with third-party integrations such as Outreach.io and 6sense or DemandBase
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors
  • Commitment to Teamwork

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
