ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to execute high-impact co-marketing programs across our partner ecosystem. This role will focus on activating joint marketing initiatives that increase awareness, generate demand, and contribute measurable pipeline through strategic partners.

Asan individual contributor, you will work cross-functionally with digital marketing, SDRs, product marketing, and sales, as well as our partner ecosystem, to bring integrated campaigns and joint solution marketing programs to market. You will help ensure partners are equipped with the messaging, assets, and campaigns needed to generate demand and support co-selling efforts.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented, with experience driving marketing programs with technology partners across hyperscalers, ISVs, channel partners, and VARs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Partner Co-Marketing Programs

●     Develop and execute joint marketing programs with strategic partners that drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth.

●     Launch integrated co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, digital campaigns, and content programs that highlight joint solutions.

●     Collaborate with the digital marketing team to amplify partner campaigns through paid, owned, and partner channels.

●      Support partner participation in broader marketing initiatives including campaigns, product launches, and industry events.

Ecosystem Demand Generation

●     Work closely with sales and SDR teams to ensure partner marketing programs support pipeline creation and opportunity acceleration.

●     Align marketing programs with partner-driven go-to-market motions and joint solution priorities.

●      Help activate partner participation in target account initiatives and coordinated sales plays where appropriate.

Partner Enablement & Content

●     Develop and manage partner enablement content that equips partners with the messaging, assets, and campaigns needed to generate demand and support co-selling efforts.

●     Create and maintain co-branded assets including solution briefs, presentations, campaign kits, and digital marketing content.

●      Build scalable partner marketing toolkits and “campaign-in-a-box” programs that partners can easily execute to promote joint solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

●     Partner closely with product marketing to ensure joint solutions are clearly positioned and supported with strong messaging.

●     Coordinate with digital marketing to integrate partner initiatives into broader demand generation campaigns.

●      Work with sales teams to align partner marketing programs with pipeline priorities and go-to-market plays.

Program Performance & Optimization

●     Track and report on partner marketing program performance, including campaign engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI.

●     Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and scale successful partner initiatives across the ecosystem.

●      Maintain visibility into partner campaign activity and performance across marketing programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

●     5–8 years of experience in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or B2B demand generation within SaaS or cloud technology.

●     Experience developing and executing joint marketing campaigns with technology partners.

●     Strong understanding of partner ecosystems including hyperscalers, ISVs, channel partners, and VARs.

●     Experience collaborating with digital marketing teams on demand generation campaigns.

●     Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and partner teams.

●     Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

●     Analytical and metrics-driven, with the ability to measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.

●      Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
