ABOUT THE ROLE


We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to execute high-impact co-marketing programs across our partner ecosystem. This role will focus on activating joint marketing initiatives that increase awareness, generate demand, and contribute measurable pipeline through strategic partners.

As an individual contributor, you will work cross-functionally with digital marketing, SDRs, product marketing, and sales, as well as directly with partners, to bring integrated campaigns and joint solution marketing programs to market. You will build strong, trust-based relationships with key partners to drive alignment, engagement, and long-term program success.

You will partner closely with product marketing, who will own core messaging and content development, while you are responsible for building scalable programs and distribution strategies that ensure this content is effectively activated through partners.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented, with experience driving marketing programs and building relationships with technology partners across ISVs, channel partners, and VARs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Partner Co-Marketing Programs & Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive alignment on joint marketing priorities and ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing programs with strategic partners that drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for partners, facilitating collaboration and ensuring successful program execution.
  • Launch integrated co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, digital campaigns, and partner-ready programs that promote joint solutions.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to amplify partner campaigns through paid, owned, and partner channels.
  • Support partner participation in broader marketing initiatives including campaigns, product launches, and industry events.

Ecosystem Demand Generation

  • Work closely with sales and SDR teams to ensure partner marketing programs support pipeline creation and opportunity acceleration.
  • Align programs to partner-driven go-to-market motions and joint solution priorities defined with product marketing.
  • Help activate partner participation in target account initiatives and coordinated sales plays where appropriate.
  • Foster ongoing partner engagement to increase participation in demand generation programs.

Partner Enablement & Program Activation

  • Translate product marketing messaging and content into scalable partner-facing programs and campaigns.
  • Package and operationalize co-branded assets (solution briefs, presentations, campaign kits, digital content) for partner use.
  • Build and manage “campaign-in-a-box” programs that make it easy for partners to execute and drive demand.
  • Ensure partners are equipped with the right content, delivered in the right formats, to support co-selling and pipeline generation.
  • Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve content usability and program effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with product marketing, who owns core messaging, positioning, and content development for joint solutions.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to integrate partner programs into broader demand generation campaigns and distribution channels.
  • Work with sales teams to align partner marketing programs with pipeline priorities and go-to-market plays.
  • Act as the voice of the partner within internal teams, ensuring partner needs and perspectives are represented.

Program Performance & Optimization

  • Track and report on partner marketing program performance, including campaign engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and scale successful initiatives across partners.
  • Maintain visibility into partner campaign activity and performance across marketing programs.
  • Use insights from partner interactions to refine program strategy and increase partner engagement over time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6–10 years of experience in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or B2B demand generation within SaaS or cloud technology.
  • Experience developing and executing joint marketing programs with technology partners.
  • Strong track record of building and managing relationships with partners and driving joint outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems including ISVs, channel partners, and VARs.
  • Experience collaborating with product marketing on messaging and with digital marketing on campaign execution.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy and content into scalable programs and campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical and metrics-driven, with the ability to measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
