ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Manager at Rafay, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our GPU Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Cloud-Native Automation platform. This position enables you to empower both cloud providers and enterprise platform teams by supporting the secure, large-scale delivery of self-service AI and cloud-native applications. We are looking for visionary product leaders committed to advancing Rafay’s mission. Product Managers here immerse themselves in understanding customer pain points, which serves as the cornerstone for building robust vision, strategic direction, and effective prioritization. This is a challenging and impactful role at the cutting edge of AI and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Clearly articulate customer challenges and act as their advocate within the organisation.
• Work closely with third-party partners and vendors to ensure customers enjoy seamless, high-quality user experiences.
• Convert customer requirements into concrete product direction and champion the roadmap with the engineering team.
• Adopt rapid iteration and continuously seek feedback to drive progress aligned with Rafay’s vision.
• Lead enablement sessions and develop content to highlight new features internally and externally.
• Represent Rafay at industry trade shows, and deliver technical presentations at conferences and community events.
Candidate Profile
• At least 4 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or developer tools is preferred.
• A solid technical foundation with the ability to swiftly understand new technologies.
• Proven skill in delivering clear and eKective technical presentations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, pragmatic, and comfortable working independently.
• Growth-oriented and open to feedback.
• Demonstrates a strong bias for action.
