Director of Recruiting -
We’re looking for a Director of Recruiting to help us build the team that builds the company. You’ll partner closely with the leadership team to own and scale recruiting end to end, playing a critical role in shaping our growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be in the work every day—sourcing, closing, and building the foundation for a world-class team as we more than double in size.
The ideal candidate is a senior recruiter who has experience building diverse pipelines and driving the hiring process for several different positions in a tech company context. In this role, you will initially be focused on building strong candidate pipelines through creative and gritty sourcing and developing and executing the recruiting strategy. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of recruiting and is excited to be part of small team.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive our recruiting vision and strategy from the ground up
- Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through creative, scrappy, and non-traditional sourcing
- Collaborate with external recruiting agencies to support talent acquisition effort
- Recruit across multiple functions, including engineering, product, and business roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, headcount plans, and hiring priorities
- Run the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing and first conversations to offer and close
- Continuously improve hiring processes while keeping speed, quality, and candidate experience high
What We’re Looking For
- 8-10 years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing or early-stage tech companies
- Proven ability to build pipelines and hire across multiple functions with limited resources
- Strong relationship-builder who can influence hiring decisions and earn trust quickly
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and little structure—you create the playbook
- Highly organized, adaptable, and excited to roll up your sleeves as part of a small team
