The Role
As a Partner Solutions Architect at Rafay, you will be focused on Rafay’s industry-leading AI Orchestration platform. You will work directly with our premier hardware partners and global integrators.
You must possess a deep understanding of how software interacts with high-performance hardware. You aren’t just a Kubernetes expert; you understand the nuances of GPU scheduling, ethernet and Infiniband based networking, and high-performance storage.
You will build trusted advisor relationships with partner teams, helping them integrate Rafay into their "AI-Ready" server portfolios and reference architectures.
Roles & Responsibilities
● AI Solution Engineering: Design and document joint reference architectures forGPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) for GPU Clouds and Private AI deployments with Rafay’s hardware and software partners.
● Technical Enablement: Lead deep-dive technical workshops for partner architects and field engineers on the value and benefits of Rafay
● Technical Content: Create "Architecture Blueprints," deployment guides, and benchmarking reports that showcase the performance gains of using Rafay on partner-specific hardware.
● Strategic Support: Act as the primary technical resource for the GlobalAlliance Managers, supporting high-stakes technical deep-dives with partnerCTOs and Product Heads. You will be an advocate for the product roadmap.
● Evangelism: Represent Rafay at trade shows, partner events. You will craft technical content to present at conferences, meetups, and local events. Travel to customer sites and events as required.
PreferredQualifications
● 3+ years of experience in a technical partner-facing role, specifically working with OEMs, GSIs, or Data Center Infrastructure providers.
● AI Infrastructure Mastery: Hands-on experience with AI-specific hardware ,including GPU servers, networking and storage especially in traditional datacenter environments.
● Networking & Storage Savvy: Solid understanding of high-performance networking (InfiniBand, RoCE, RDMA) and AI-optimized storage protocols (e.g.GPFS, Lustre etc)
● Cloud-Native Proficiency: Deep expertise in Kubernetes (CKA preferred) and how it orchestrates specialized resources like GPUs via NVIDIA Device Plugins and GPU Operators.
● Systems Thinking: Ability to troubleshoot across the entire stack—from theBIOS/Firmware and Driver level up through the Orchestration layer to the AIModel (NIMs, Jupyter, etc.).
● Communication: Strong ability to translate complex"hardware+software" value propositions into clear, compelling presentations for both engineers and executives.
