ABOUT THE ROLE
Product Managers at Rafay have the opportunity to define the future of our GPU PaaS and Cloud-Native Automation platform, empowering cloud providers and enterprise platform teams to securely deliver self-service AI and cloud-native applications at scale.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
● Clearly articulate customer challenges and advocate for their needs internally
● Collaborate with third-party partners and vendors to deliver seamless, first-class user experiences for customers
● Translate customer requirements into product direction and champion the roadmap with engineering
● Embrace rapid iteration, seek continuous feedback, and drive progress toward Rafay’s vision
● Lead enablement sessions and create content to promote new features internally and externally
● Represent Rafay at trade shows and deliver technical talks at conferences and community events
WHATWE WANT TO SEE
● 4+ years of experience in product management
● Experience in B2B SaaS and/or developer tools preferred
● Strong technical foundation with the ability to quickly ramp on new technologies
● Skilled at delivering clear, effective technical presentations
● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
● Self-driven, pragmatic, and comfortable operating independently
● Growth-oriented and receptive to feedback
● Strong bias for action
