Deepen Your Kubernetes Knowledge and Grow Your Career with Rafay Certification

Today I’m incredibly excited to announce our new Rafay Certification program for Rafay customers! The Rafay Certification program equips participants with best practices that gain efficiencies from Kubernetes almost immediately, thus speeding digital transformation initiatives while keeping Kubernetes operating costs low. The program provides ongoing education that enables platform teams, infrastructure engineers, SREs, and application developers to develop advanced competency in application modernization using Kubernetes. The skills obtained from the Rafay coursework are in high demand, as most do not have exposure or training on such a wide range of Kubernetes distributions or infrastructure environments. As enterprises grow clusters across their infrastructure, the Rafay skillset also becomes increasingly relevant and applicable.

Our first of many future certifications is the Rafay Certified Associate. Earners of this certification have demonstrated the basic concepts and competencies associated with the Rafay Kubernetes Operations Platform (KOP). They understand and are able to perform basic Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management, achieve kubernetes compliance and governance requirements, and achieve automation goals. Additionally, they have demonstrated the ability to leverage Rafay’s services, such as GitOps, Service Mesh, and Network Policy services.

The Rafay Certification program is the industry’s first and only multi-cloud Kubernetes operations certification. Comprehensive training and specialized courses provide a deep understanding of how to deliver enterprise-wide Kubernetes with enterprise-grade controls. By successfully completing Rafay Certification courses, you will be able to delight developers and operations teams with the self-service and automation they need, with the right mix of standardization and control that the business requires.

We have partnered with Credly to translate the learning outcomes you’ve demonstrated into a badge, issued and managed through the company’s digital badging platform. The technology Credly uses is based on the Open Badge Standards maintained by 1EdTech. This enables you to manage, share and verify your competencies digitally. Open badges are web-enabled versions of a credential, certification, or learning outcome which can be verified in real-time, online.
