Rafay Releases 4 New Certifications for Customers and Partners

Today marks another red-letter day in the history of Rafay Systems. We are launching 4 new certifications as part of the Rafay Training program.

The new Rafay Certified Professional certification is earned by completing our 201-level training. Earners of this certification have demonstrated advanced concepts and competencies associated with the Rafay Cloud Automation Platform. They are able to leverage the Multi-tenancy capabilities of Rafay, which are foundational to delivering Namespace as a Service (NaaS) and Workspace as a Service (WaaS) solutions. They can configure Upstream Managed Kubernetes Service with managed storage. They can also use the Rafay Terraform Provider to build Cluster as a Service (CaaS) use cases for EKS and AKS. Moreover, they can use Rafay to troubleshoot Workloads for their developers. Note that Rafay Certified Associate is a prerequisite for this certification.

In addition, we are launching three certifications for Partners.

The first of these is Rafay Certified Value Added Reseller (VAR) – a non-technical certification for Partners. Earners of this certification have demonstrated the basic concepts associated with Rafay Systems. Companies holding this credential meet and maintain defined criteria required to successfully resell Rafay. To obtain this badge, a company must have a current partnership agreement in place with Rafay, maintain a minimum level of Rafay trained, and accredited sales professionals and meet or exceed expected levels of customer satisfaction rating.

Next is Rafay Certified Systems Integrator (SI) – a technical certification for Partners. Earners of this certification have demonstrated the basic concepts associated with Rafay Systems. They are able to successfully resell and configure Rafay in an enterprise.

Finally, we are launching Rafay Certified Managed Services Provider (MSP) – another technical certification for Partners. Earners of this certification have demonstrated the basic concepts associated with Rafay Systems. They are able to successfully resell and configure Rafay in an enterprise. Moreover, they are able to troubleshoot application deployment issues by using Rafay.

I’m excited about the capabilities and readiness that earners of these new certifications will possess when building self-service solutions centered around application modernization.

Currently these certifications are for Rafay Customers and Partners only, but we will expand training to the public soon.
