Sr. Partner Marketing Manager

Rafay is looking for a highly focused and motivated Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing with 5-7+ years of enterprise SasS channel marketing experience to join our growing marketing organization. The ideal candidate will be an individual that can support OEM and cloud partner efforts to help grow that area of our business. You’ll be working alongside a world-class team dedicated to the success of our customers and will be instrumental in helping us establish relationships with leading OEM and cloud partners and take joint solutions to market.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ongoing relationships and communications with identified and emerging partners to develop initiatives that are mutually beneficial in driving business priorities
  • Provide input for campaign strategies promoting Rafay products to, through and with our business, integration and cloud partners
  • Create assets and collateral to highlight the benefits of Rafay’s products and partnerships, including presentations, solutions briefs, case studies, sales tools and videos
  • Work cross-functionally to empower partners with the tools, training and incentives necessary for success
  • Drive new product launches for partners, including the creation of launch plan and content – while managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products and integrations to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the products and integrations
  • Discover and drive opportunities partner marketing counterparts to deliver mutually-successful programs
  • Oversee the performance tracking and analysis of ongoing partner campaigns, and prepare comprehensive reviews and recommendations based on the data

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of SaaS partner marketing, product marketing, consulting, strategy or similar field
  • Experience dealing with B2B partners and audiences
  • Experience developing sales-facing/sales enablement materials desired
  • Bachelor’s or higher in business, marketing or related field
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills
  • Track-record of successful interaction with customers, sales organizations, partners, and various internal organizations
  • Willing to travel ~10% (when safe to do so)
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-team
  • Location in the Bay Area but remote can be considered
