Role Overview
Working closely with the VP of Marketing, the Director of Integrated Marketing translates growth objectives into integrated marketing programs tied to revenue.
This role ensures marketing efforts are focused on target accounts and revenue priorities, connecting strategic positioning, campaign execution, and field engagement. The Director acts as the integrator across teams, improving alignment and accountability so marketing contributes directly to closed business.
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Contribution
- Align marketing initiatives with revenue targets and priority accounts
- Ensure marketing programs directly support account acquisition and expansion
- Partner with sales leadership to improve the consistency and predictability of revenue from marketing
Account & Market Execution
- Develop marketing plans that advance high-value accounts toward closure
- Ensure campaigns support live sales priorities rather than operate independently
- Strengthen the connection between market messaging and sales execution
Performance & Financial Discipline
- Define metrics connecting marketing spend to closed revenue
- Provide regular executive reporting on marketing performance and ROI
- Optimize budget allocation based on channel and program effectiveness
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead planning processes that align marketing with company growth objectives
- Work closely with partner marketing, sales, product marketing, and other teams driving revenue
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and timelines across teams
- Reduce duplication and conflicting priorities
- Drive accountability for revenue-related outcomes rather than activity metrics

Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- 5+ years leading integrated marketing programs with measurable revenue impact
- Demonstrated ability to align marketing strategy to revenue outcomes
- Experience working with cross-functional, revenue-focused teams
- Strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
