Sourcing Recruiter - U.S.
About the Role
Rafay is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is passionate about technology, enjoys building relationships, and wants to help scale one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies.
In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A functions. You'll gain hands-on experience throughout the full recruiting lifecycle while learning how to recruit in highly technical areas including Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and GPU platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and interest.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with job postings, recruiting campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research on talent, competitors, and compensation trends.
- Support recruiting process improvements and Talent Acquisition projects as the company continues to scale.
- Represent Rafay professionally while promoting our culture, mission, and career opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, or customer-facing experience.
- Strong interest in recruiting for technology companies or SaaS organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, team-first attitude.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and technical concepts.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or interest in recruiting across technical and GTM functions is a plus
- Exposure to recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, or similar ATS platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Strong sourcing skills or a willingness to learn how to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Interest in emerging technologies including Kubernetes, cloud computing, AI/ML, and GPU infrastructure.
