Marketing Programs Manager (Contract to Hire) - U.S.

About Rafay

AI is moving from pilots to production, and a new generation of operators is building the AI cloud to serve it: neoclouds, telecommunications providers, enterprises, and sovereign AI operators. Each of them has to turn GPU and compute capacity into services that teams and customers can consume on demand.

Rafay builds the software that makes that possible. The Rafay Platform gives operators self-service automation, governance, and multi-tenancy across the full stack, from bare-metal provisioning and infrastructure lifecycle management to virtual machines, Kubernetes, GPU platform-as-a-service, AI development environments, and token-metered inference services. Operators use it to raise GPU utilization and turn raw infrastructure into secure, governed AI services.

The role

Rafay's marketing team runs campaigns, events, partner programs, and content in the fast-moving AI infrastructure market. The Marketing Programs Manager turns that strategy into coordinated programs and makes sure each one launches on time, is tracked properly, and is measured.

You will own day-to-day execution across campaigns, digital marketing, social, content, events, partner marketing, and marketing operations, working with every member of the marketing team as well as Sales and RevOps. This is a contract-to-hire role for someone with startup experience who likes variety, manages competing priorities well, and solves problems without waiting to be asked.

What you'll do

Campaigns and digital marketing

  • Execute integrated campaigns across landing pages, email, nurture programs, paid media, and other digital channels.
  • Own day-to-day paid media execution, including campaign builds, A/B testing, optimization, and budget pacing, and work with campaign and digital leads to act on performance data.
  • Support website updates, landing page development, conversion optimization, and campaign QA.

Social media

  • Own the social publishing calendar, scheduling, and posting across Rafay channels.
  • Manage community engagement, replies, and audience growth.
  • Coordinate executive, employee, and partner amplification.
  • Adapt campaigns, customer stories, product launches, events, and executive perspectives into social content.
  • Measure and improve performance with Sprout Social and channel analytics.

Content and creative production

  • Manage content production from draft through review, approval, formatting, and publication.
  • Create marketing assets in Canva and Figma, including social cards, event graphics, digital ads, and partner creative.
  • Build promotion kits with graphics, suggested social copy, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support presentations, sales decks, campaign collateral, and newsletters, and repurpose existing content into email, advertising, and sales enablement assets.

Product, customer, and partner programs

  • Support product launches and sales enablement programs, including enablement calendars, speaker coordination, and content gap analysis.
  • Manage customer case study workflows, including customer approvals, review cycles, publication, and external submissions.
  • Support partner co-marketing and enablement, including asset development, promotional programs, content distribution, and partner-specific communications and newsletters.

Events and field marketing

  • Support event logistics, registration, invite lists, RSVP tracking, and attendee communications.
  • Run pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up programs.
  • Coordinate post-event lead routing and SDR handoff with Sales and RevOps.

Marketing operations, CRM, and reporting

  • Build and maintain HubSpot campaigns, including assets, contacts, audience segments, and nurture workflows.
  • Maintain campaign naming conventions, UTM tracking, suppression lists, and lifecycle stages.
  • Keep the marketing database clean, including duplicate records, missing fields, and contact status accuracy.
  • Manage event attendee uploads and campaign attribution in HubSpot.
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and campaign performance reporting, partnering with RevOps on data quality and consistency.

Program management and communications

  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder updates across campaigns, events, and launches.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, Notion enablement hub, content library, and shared resources.
  • Coordinate internal communications and collaboration workflows, including Slack channels.
  • Maintain SOPs, templates, checklists, and operational documentation, and build repeatable processes that make the team faster.
  • Support PR operations, including editorial tracking, awards calendars, submissions, and external content coordination.
  • Step in across the marketing team as priorities shift.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in AI infrastructure, cloud, developer tools, or technical SaaS.
  • A track record of executing campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth, including account-based marketing (ABM) and field marketing programs.

  • Comfort adopting new marketing technology, including automation, analytics, and AI-powered tools.
  • The ability to run programs independently, troubleshoot issues, and hold established operational standards.
  • Startup experience, with strong project management, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
